I graduated with honors from New York Law School in 2018 where I was a Harlan Scholar and editor for the law review, focusing my coursework on corporate financial law. Prior to law school, I received my Bachelor's degree from UNC-Chapel Hill. At UNC, I developed a passion for learning and writing, working at The Daily Tar Heel and as Managing Editor of Rival Magazine.
I am a member of the New York bar and participant in various professional associations and industry working groups, such as the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), NYC Bar Association, and Digital Asset Regulatory & Legal Alliance (DARLA) in collaboration with legal and compliance leaders from some of the biggest crypto-native and TradFi institutions in the web3 space.
